Annette Reschke is a Community Development Banker at J.P. Morgan bringing more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in structuring complex affordable housing projects and is dedicated to expanding affordable housing opportunities in underserved communities.  Annette provides both construction and permanent debt solutions to developers, supporting the full lifecycle of affordable housing initiatives.  As a relationship focused team leader, she is committed to building strong partnerships throughout every stage of the loan process.  

Annette began her career in commercial lending, spending 18 years in  underwriting before transitioning to banking to better service clients and support project development.   Based in Chicago, she supports key Central states with national reach in LIHTC financing. Annette earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.  Outside of work she enjoys coaching her daughter’s softball team, running marathons, playing volleyball, volunteering in the community and traveling with her family.
