Curvin Leatham is the Founder and CEO of Area Probe, a Washington, DC-based advisory firm specializing in commercial real estate, enterprise software technology, and security for federal agencies. Mr. Leatham holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from Hampton University and a master’s in real estate finance and development from Georgetown University. He is affiliated with several esteemed organizations, including The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and the Real Estate Executive Council. He sits on the boards of the DC Building Industry Association and the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. As an active contributor to academia, Mr. Leatham has been a guest speaker at institutions such as Georgetown University, American University, and Howard University.​

Prior to forming Area Probe, Mr. Leatham worked in Commercial and Corporate Banking for 10 years, and in real estate private equity. He lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife and two children. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, and volunteers through the philanthropic organizations that Area Probe supports.
