Joshua Jeffers is the President of J. Jeffers & Co. and CEO of JJCO Management, Inc. 

Prior to forming J. Jeffers & Co. in 2012, Joshua started his career in the acquisitions department of Chicago-based Walton Street Capital. His transactional experience over the last 22 years includes over $3.9 billion of commercial real estate investments in U.S. and international markets and spans office, retail, multifamily housing, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes. He earned a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Joshua is an active board member of charitable organizations, including the Milwaukee Art Museum, Harvard Dean’s Council, and he is the current Wisconsin Chapter Chair of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
