Keith Broadnax joined Cinnaire in 2002 and serves as a Senior Vice President for Illinois and Indiana. Mr. Broadnax holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University. Before Cinnaire, Mr. Broadnax worked for the Industry Neighborhood Council in Muncie, IN; Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership and Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). 

Mr. Broadnax serves on the boards of the Illinois Housing Council; Indiana Affordable Housing Council; Prosperity Indiana; First Pathway Community Development Advisory Committee; Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP); Intend Indiana, and the City of Indianapolis Advisory and Redevelopment CDE.  Mr. Broadnax’s Personal Life Vision is Servant Leadership to community and family, and to love what I do, and to know that I am making a positive difference in the lives of people around me.
