Founder & CEO,
Lonzo Development Group

Re’Shane L. Lonzo is a real estate developer, educator, and community advocate dedicated to creating inclusive spaces that blend affordable, workforce, and missing middle housing with economic opportunity. As Founder and CEO of Lonzo Development Group, she leads transformative redevelopment projects such as The Iris and 1001 W. Saginaw in Lansing, Michigan—mixed-use, adaptive reuse developments that integrate housing, workforce training, childcare, and small business incubation.

With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and deep roots in workforce development through her vocational school, DRM International Learning Center, Re’Shane bridges community impact with real estate investment. Her expertise lies in assembling complex financial stacks and leveraging local, state, and federal partnerships to bring catalytic projects to life.

Entering the development space without generational wealth or institutional backing, she has built success through persistence, collaboration, and authentic relationships. Re’Shane is passionate about helping emerging and underrepresented developers navigate the systems, financing tools, and partnerships that turn vision into reality.
