Rob Rose is the Founder and CEO of Rose Capital Group LLC. Dubbed "The Change Maker" by Chicago Splash Magazine, Rob has spent more than 15 years cultivating a unique expertise in real estate, community development, land banking and finance. Rob created Rose Capital Group LLC to address the racial wealth gap in communities of color.

Prior to founding Rose Capital, Rob spent 6 years as the Executive Director of the Cook County Land Bank Authority. During this time, he worked with over 650 community developers (70% BIPOC, 10% women) focused on rebuilding the Chicagoland region.

Rob also served as the COO for the Chicago Community Loan Fund, He designed and implemented the growth strategy that grew the loan fund from $30 million to $60 million during his tenure. He grew the fund by focusing on core community needs, implementing best asset management practices, streamlining underwriting processes and rewriting the credit policies.
