It helps real estate developers build stronger capital relationships by preparing them for meaningful financing conversations and connecting them with capital providers whose investment strategies align with their projects, business objectives, and long-term development goals.
Rather than relying on chance introductions or traditional networking events, the Capital Development Exchange creates a structured process that helps developers present stronger opportunities while giving capital providers access to a more organized and informed pipeline of development opportunities.
How it works
Prepare
Developers create firm and project profiles that highlight their experience, current opportunities, and capital objectives. Capital providers establish profiles describing their investment criteria, geographic focus, financing products, and development priorities.
